Values

Each month has a value linked to it. The ways in which pupils live out the values are celebrated in our Golden Moments Assemblies.

September	Responsibility In September we think about ‘responsibility’ as pupils take on new roles within the school.
October	Kindness In October we think about ‘kindness’ and the difference acts of kindness make to people’s lives.
November	Friendship We think about how we can be good friends as part of our work for Anti-Bullying Week which takes place in November.
December	Patience We have to exercise patience during Advent in December.
January	Gratitude In January we reflect upon all that we are grateful for in our lives.
February	Forgiveness In February we think about the power of forgiveness.
March	Self-Control During Lent, we think about ‘self-control’.
April	Love We reflect upon God’s love for us.
May	Courage We learn about the life of Mary, the Mother of God and the courage she showed.
June	Teamwork Lots of events take place which require a team effort in June.
July	Wisdom We reflect upon and celebrate the wisdom we have gained over the academic year.
